SAFEL is one of student activity unit in Yogyakarta State University. SAFEL focus mainly on foreign language learning. SAFEL offers many programs from many departements. There are five departement in SAFEL, HRD, PS, FOLT, CCU-LM, and lastly PR. Anjangsana is one of the programs from Public Relation (PR) departement. Anjangsana is an event which is presented by Public Relation (PR) staff on the holy month, Ramadan. At this event, Public Relation (PR) departement have collaboration with Human Resources Development (HRD) departement. Anjangsana basically an event of a reunion of SAFEL alumnus members and the new members of SAFEL.
This event carries the theme Nostalgifel with thet tag line Throwback the Moments, Strenghten the Movement, on this year, Anjangsana brings back meaningful memories through photo, music, and stories. With these memories it will transform into renewed energy for growth and collaboration. This Nostalgifel theme all the alumnus of SAFEL and the SAFEL new members can reconnect and rebuild emotional through memorable memories across generations. Anjangsana 2026 was held on Sunday, 8th March 2026 at Student Center, 3rd floor hall.
The event starts with the opening by the Master of Ceremonies. For the Master of Ceremonies we have two talented members from Public Speaking departement, they are Ayuk and Maudi. They are make this event more exciting and enjoyable. The second one is the welcoming speech by the head of Anjangsana, Fayza. The next one is welcoming speech by the president of SAFEL, Rullie Andika Arif and the last speech is from the advisor of SAFEL, Miss Cinthia Reswari. The next events are the introduction of SAFEL’s alumnus, SAFEL’s PI, SAFEL’s MPO and the member of every departement in SAFEL.
After that, to make this event more fun and energetic, perfomances from the sub departement of CCU-LM, SDC shows their dance and SAFELITE singing some songs. Other than that, there is also games with useful gifts. Because it is held on Ramadan month, after all of that comes to the most awaited time, the iftar when all of the people there can enjoy their meals. The event ended with photo session and make an eid al fitr greeting video.
