Friday night (11/2), OPEN HOUSE “SAFEL” 2022, an annual program of the HRD Department of UKM Bahasa Asing “SAFEL” UNY aims to introduce our organization and inform the new members, students of UNY, and people in general about the list of our events during this period.
Open House was the first program to be held in UKM Bahasa Asing “SAFEL” agenda.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, this program was held online via YouTube Premiere. Even though we cannot carry out this event offline like it was meant to be, the essence of Open House SAFEL will be preserved.
Open House starts with a welcoming speech from the MC, Rahma and Fajar. Then, Open House 2022 Chief of Staff Rahadian Abimanyu, Presiden of SAFEL, Fadila Nafiri Arif, and Advisor of SAFEL, Ma’am Nila will give their warm greetings to us.
After receiving a warm welcome from MC, OH 2022 Chief of Staff, President of SAFEL and Advisor of SAFEL, there will be a Staff of SAFEL 2022 Inauguration by the President of SAFEL. With this inauguration, all the staff members during this period are officially and ready to be and follow all of SAFEL’s events and programs.
Following the inauguration, there would be a presentation by all of the SAFEL staff. They will introduce themselves and what they do at UKM Bahasa Asing SAFEL in this section. They will also tell you about all of their programs that will be held during this period.
The presentation starts with Pengurus Inti (PI). PI consists of a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer. After PI is finished, the department of UKM Bahasa Asing “SAFEL” UNY will begin their presentation. The department presentation session will commence with the Public Relation (PR) Department.
Following PR, Human Resource Development (HRD) Department, Public Speaking (PS) Department, English Debating Society (EDS), Foreign Language Training (FOLT) Department, Cross Cultural Understanding and Learning Media (CCU-LM) Department, SAFELITE, and last but not least, Safel Dance Club (SDC) will give their presentations in OH 2022.
This event not only has a presentation, but also a special performance by SAFELITE & SDC and a Fashion Show with traditional costumes from various countries. There would be games as well to liven up the event.
